She looks angry because of her posture. A serious person might stand a little straighter as opposed to leaning.

Maybe the mouth should be a straight line? I'm not sure about that one.

This is true :] Honestly, the more I think about this pic the more I think she looks more care free or lazy than anything, ya know?

If her mouth was a straight line I'm sure that'd change a lot..i dunno
