Name: Phangora (Phang="Fang" and "Angora")
Attacks: Theoretically, they have the same Normal abilities as Persian.
Special Attacks: Blizzard, Snowstorm, Ice Beam, and Icy Wind
Evolution Level: N/A
Evolution Forms: Evolves from Persian.
Location: Sapharic Region--Glacier Island
Type: Ice/Normal
Description: Not much is known about the mysterious appearance of this Pokemon on Glacier Island. No one knows how it got there, but it was recent, as there had never before been a Legendary Ice Cat. Being the only one of it's kind, the Sapharic government classified it as such, and it is now considered one of the 3 Legendary Cats.
