Description

Steele is such a nut job, I just had to portray him as the theme for "Insanity" for the 100 Art Themes Challenge at Deviant Art (never finished). He looks like a raving lunatic in this...I should've added foam around his lips.

Ref'd from a screencap (back when I used refs regularly).

Done with sharpie and a #2 pencil (and I think gel pens...maybe colored pencils...I don't really remember XD)

I never do requests. However, if you tell me what Pokemon you'd like, I might be inspired (on my own time) to do it. If you like, say, Arcanine, I'm just finishing a new fanart of one now. I'll be doing fox and dog-type pokemon fanarts in the next week, so I'd proboably be willing to take a dog or fox suggestion, but it will be completed by convinience. It's the best I can do for you! In the next month, I will be trying Dragon-types...it all depends on what I'm inspired by...
