Haven't drawn Phangora since 2008, so here it is again :)
The peaceful and gentle Legendary Ice Cat pokemon, Phangora, is a one-of-a-kind Legendary located in the Saphardic Region. It is the evolved form of Giovanni's Persian, whom he abandoned on Glacier Island after it lost a battle.
Done with colored pencils and sharpies.
