I find this to be one of your better pics. It is quite nice!
This is probably the best I have seen so I can give this one a review without feeling guilty...

The proportions are almost correct, but the head it too large for the size of the shoulders and neck. The hair seems alright, though you made a few errors on the ears.

There aren't too many flaws with this, but next time you may want to try to make it a whee bit cleaner and your lines a little lighter. Also try to use some shading technique when you are feeling up to it...It is a nice work though!

I would give it a good 5/10.
Keep trying, I know you will get to be really good someday!
