This is a request I did for darkmasterbabe~ (Kendra Arnold).<br />
<br />
I started off using a technique I used on a wallpaper (multitple layers & brush tool), but it took too much time, so I went with the good old line tool & polygonal lasso technique.<br />
<br />
For the 'fluffy', I experimented using the dry brush tool, and I reckon it turned out okay.
