Tataru helped Rei up, letting Rei lean on him.
Rei chuckled a little. "You did great... You're the first person ever to touch Tenchi in a fight besides Troy..."
"She was either in a weak state or I was in a strong state...maybe both. I'm glad you're back...that's all that matters.." (I'm sorry for what I said about you...)
Rei smiled. "Thank you for forgiving me... I was wrong..." ~I shouldn't have been so stupid... I just hope he didn't do anything to hurt himself~
Tataru walked Rei into the house. "We were both stupid...but don't ever leave again."
Rei nodded. "I promise..." he said and moved closer to
Tataru. ~I won't hurt you again~
Tataru smiled. "I guess it would be a good idea to rest, you've been hurt pretty badly.."
Rei shook his head. "Once I can get my arm straight again I'll heal pretty fast... You don't need to worry about me^^"
"You've never had proper medical attention...I can tell..." (medicine is my only specialty...)
"...Well no... What would they think of me? They'd think me a freak for still being alive I'm sure..." ~Sis wanted me broken as badly as possible... I'm sure there's some stuff from a while ago that still needs fixed~
"I could help if you'd let me...I've never been able to practice before..."
"Sure^^ I'm pretty broken right now so I'd be good practice," Rei said with a slightly dark chuckle, which turned to a harsh cough. He gripped his side.
"I'll see what I can do..." He said nervously, he didn't want to mess up. He took a chair and had Rei sit on it.
"Don't worry. I can heal myself a little... That's the good thing about blood demons..." he said grinning to stop from gritting his teeth in pain.
"No wonder you managed to survive..." Tataru rubbed some herbal substance on the wounds so they woulden't get infected, and then took out some more bandages and wrapped them properly this time. "I think that will help..." He used the bandages to make a psuedo cast on Rei's arm. "That's not too tight is it?" (his shirt is covered in blood...he wanted to say "take off your shirt" but he didn't want to be misleading)
Rei gritted his teeth. "That stuff stings..." he muttered to himself. He looked at Tataru. "It's not too tight. don't worry." ~Damn... My side hurts... But he's worried enough... I'll let it heal on it's own...~ he said feeling the bone popping through the skin with his good arm.
Tataru looked at Rei "I'm sorry...I don't want to hurt you..." He finishes as much as he can do. "Your arms should be better soon...should I tend to your other wounds?"
Rei shakes his head. "No I'm fine," he says pulling his hand away and just staring at the blood. "Wow... I really screwed myself up this time huh?"
"Does this always happen?" He asked with a worried tone.
"Yeah... I've ended up worse then this... Like after the first time I ran away..." he said looking away. ~I was so close to dying I couldn't believe that I lived~
Tataru at first wondered why no one did or said anything, but then remembered that no one ever notices the obvious. "I'm really sorry...if there's anything I can do..."
"No... No one saw me because she found me a day or two after... No one found me... You're the first to ever notice me..." Rei said, and wondered if he should finally admit what Tataru meant to him. Wondered if he should tell Tataru how much he loved him.
