Description

I was really happy with the way this came out. The scan is so so but the original was gorgeous. I did this for my dad for Christmas. He's a merchant Sea man so he loves mermaids, and boats, and anything related to the sea. I'm pretty new at soft pastels and I've never drawn a mermaid before, but here it is and it looks pretty decent! Anyway, I hope you like it, I did.

I love the way you did her back. And the colouring. I haven't used pastels in forever. I 'm trying to use watercolor pencils right now. But......awesome picture. It's pretty!
