Oh.... What kind of mind ravaging worm forced me to draw this? I'm truly sorry gentlefolk... Please be patient with this horrificly ugly cellar baby. Comments and rebars covered in concrete to the head are appreciated. Oh, I forgot to mention... This is not a serious piece of art. I should have something serious up very soon, and it should appeal to the Sasuke fans in the audience... Mmmyep. I go now, for the nachos that are my dinner are calling to me.

Aah, it was a cosplay! I don't think this pic will be rejected, but maybe you could put a bit more effects (shading, shadows, backgrounds) next time.
