This is pretty darn good! The anatomy is nice, and so is the shading....I love the hair. But for a little tiny critique, you should work on the face a little more. While the eyes alone are fine, they are a bit uneven. Try to get the facial proportions correct. =]

But overall its not bad! =D *vote*

if your wondering why theres a large space at the right of the picture i couldn't get it to crop properly as the computer was being a dog
