Ah yes, hands are the bane of almost any beginning artist's existence...(Just looking at some of my earliest fanarts' hands makes me cringe....I'd made them look like claws!) It's good, however you could be a little more careful with the facial features and hands, i know because thats my problem also^^ However it's good work, and i'd keep going.
