She isn't failed. No drawing is a failed drawing. Her head is a bit flat and her chin is just a little too pointed. Also the ears are a little high. If you want a tip, the top of the ear (the part that's attatched to the head) should be level with the eyebrows (which you've done) and the bottom of the ear (again the part that is attached to the head) should be level with the nostrils. I'm not all that great at drawing, but if you want, I could try giving you a few pointers.
