Very nice! You got the head shape down :). The shoulders are much better too, but still make them just a bit bigger. The face is good, and the hands are just fine. Hands are hard to do. But if you want a guidline for hands: when the hand is against the side of the face, the heel of the hand should reach your chin and your middle finger should reach the top of your forehead or the hair line. :) Very good picture!
