Something random and emo. Weird, but I liked the idea. ;P
I'm fairly new to Photoshop, so yeah, this doesn't look very good. But hey, there is effort in here somewhere! ;-;
Oh yeah, so the little black tubes are eyeliner and mascara. A typical emo favorite. And the girl is supposed to be looking over her shoulder, but it turned out looking a little odd.

Odd... yeah, I see what you mean. Her head is turned way too far- if that happened in real life her neck would snap. ^^;But it's a nice attempt, i like the coloring here. Well done^^
