This is Mira she is a dragon so i know she looks different ^_^
also she is the Guardian of all souls those departed and those that should not have departed, like in this animation Mira's hand is glowing lol the glow is sonic's soul that should not have departed ....meaning it was not his time to die ^_^
i did this picture only because somone thought i hated sonic...if i did hate him i wouldnt have given him back his life ^_^ hope u all like Mira also i do requests again and in colour ^_^
