Okay, New design for Volt. His new tattoo is in the title. Looks like a crosshair, doesn't it?XD
I'll explain.
1:Volt running at full speed, he's been clocked in at 300 mph before.
2:One of his attacks, Alter Echo. As you can see, it's very deadly!XD
3:"Dead" Voltage with the demonic version of "Lightning Strike". He's got three stages, once he's at the third stage, it's all over, even for the most divinest of monsters, he can destroy the invincible and indestructible.
4:IDK, I just felt like drawing him with magnets on his feet!XD
