My first Anime attempt ever

Description

the title explains it. comments, suggestions 4 improvement would be greatly appriciated. I still ahvnt learned hands or eyes yet so bare with me. I put the Coach and Homestar in for comic relief.

i did this hing a year and a half ago and ive kinda given up on drawing anime...it never went anywhere. Now that I look back on this....it really sucks @$$ xD

at least the body looks perportioned... on my first attempt, the heads were ok, but the bodies were bad

okay, time for constructive criticism! You might wanna make the chin some more pointy and the neck slimmer. Also the shoulders should probably slope down a bit. Depending on the age you wanna make him look, make his legs/torso longer or shorter. The eyes you might wanna add some highlights and shiny bits for added interest. And try drawing on white papper. Cute thingy under the boy though, whatever it is! (oh is it called Coach?)
