Yay! A dragon! Sort of reminds me of the picture that I recently posted. I love how you put the fin-thingies on it, and the colors are really nice. I've vaguely thought about using the blue/purple coloring sceme before, but I wasn't sure how it'd turn out.

I also like how you made a 'texture' to the skin of the creature. It makes it stick out more.
