'Tis Vincent Kreuzweir from Growlanser III: The Dual Darkness.
Maaaaan.....I've NEVER seen fanart of him on the entire web! TT^TT I just HAD 2 make one (First CG of him)! For those who don't know, Growlanser is a Stategy/RPG game 4 PS2 that sadly isn't very popular. I really like it though coz it's so fricken difficult and the characters rawk! I managed to beat the 2nd and 3rd one. The 1st game is 4 PSone. U can get Growlanser Generations which contains 2 and 3.
Oh, and I'm such a N0000000000B with BG/sceneries......TT-TT I'm working on it, though. I intended to blur the Sakura Tree a lil' bit. O_O *hides*
Well, I'd better go and practice some more. Wish me luck!
