The downside to being an onion I guess. Even if a wound doesn't entirely hurt you, you still cry. XD
That's because onions have chemicals in their bodies that's released when their skin is broke that causes your eyes to burn, and that's why you cry when you cut them.
Not that his wounds don't hurt, he just doesn't cry over that kinda thing. If you bring up the subject of his mother or his scar, that could possibly bring him to tears, but not pain. :D Which is why he's still wearing his demented smile.
I hate this picture. >_< I just got bored and drew it after conversations involving his hanging picture.
As for details here? Who knows! Is it a public or private flogging? How many lashes does he get? Who's administering them? It's beyond me, but they haven't done much. The majority of slashes on his back were there to begin with...

Did I show you my animation I did of McCrea using lines from that guy? XD It's fun...Buscemi just makes the perfect McCrea for me, because not only does the voice fit, he just puts me in the mindset of McCrea in general. XD He's little, crazy, and often has bad things happen to him...

I can see him chuckling and laughing between hits... and then wincing when necessary, only to go back to laughing. What a sick little... :D
AND. For some reason, I imagine it's a Walnut person administering the lashes. Probably because walnuts are big, tough, bitter, and overall an S of a B food that I absolutely hate. ^^
