I've been wanting to give one of my guys a tramp stamp for so long, and poor Steven just happened to be the best candidate. XD
He doesn't look too pleased about it. :I Which leads me to believe someone else forced him into it. *sigh* But if it's for his cult, he'll do whatever they wish without question...
They probably lied to him and said it was a requirement just to mess with him. >_<

BTW, I've come to like his half-cloak thing. :D I'll probably draw him in it more often.
