Okay, so this when Sasha first got the bright idea to start experimenting on himself. Since he fried his brain in the process and his assistant at the time is long gone for whatever reason, he doesn't remember what possessed him to try this experiment exactly, or what it was even for...
All he knows is now he doesn't have as much hair anymore.
That helmet was probably also fused on in the process. XD I can't decide if that's the case or if he just wears it to hide his misshapen hair...
This wouldn't be quite as funny if the electric chair didn't look like a La-Z-Boy. XD Knowing Sasha, it probably was at some point.
