This is Box. HE CAME TO ME IN A DREAM. Except he looked more like Salad Fingers in the dream. :I
This particular design is based somewhere between The Elephant Man, Joseph Merrick, and a mix between Yam Hand and the splicers from Bioshock concept sketches and the charger from Left 4 Dead 2.
