Okay this one is more newer than every body else in "Morphin' Chaos" ( I have the title made for the manga, yeah!!!). This one is supposed to be a kinda villainny person. but... let's go wiff it has the same amount of luck as team rockets in Pokemon.
I still thinks its cute and yes, he's the son of the grim reaper. muwahahaha
