This one looks better than the other one. I like the anger that you put into the eye. As I normally do I have to point out places where you can improve, please don't take offense. The wings are small, and placed incorrectly. The correct placement would have been on the upper side of the body, rather than right in front of the legs. Also the tail does not seem to line up correctly with the rest of the body. Just my $.02.
