Ok this is another one of my art projects, it is Konata Izumi from Lucky Star. The project was Scratch Art, Fun Fun Stuff but messy and takes awhile. I am very happy with how this came out and I even thought of putting it in a local art show, but I forgot and the deadline passed. AWW's 4 me.
