Did this in class today because I really didn't want to be there today (It's my birthday!) so I drew this. It all started because I was playing with starbursts at the time.
Also I don't the sparkles around Orochimaru's "Sparkle No Jutsu". He stole those from Lt. Armstrong from FMA.
