Falling Feathers

Description

This is my first descent picture done with water colour. Inspired by a picture of feathers from an artbook which i tried to imitate. This is my first piece of work done with this medium. Ironically, just as I was posting this my cat caught and killed a bird so I could say this is meant to be a tribute to the poor thing.

Wow that's beautiful! Poor bird. One of my old cats used to snatch cute little hummingbirds from under the vine bush, I was so mad! For this being your first time with watercolor, this is lovely. The reflection is awesome! I work with watercolor myself and its a lot of fun! Lovely*
