Ah! The 4th drawing of “Ode to Childhood!”
Another resident of my childhood ‘undersea world’. She was a receptionist at the police station. (Hey, an underwater civilization needs some form of law enforcement.) Poor woman got to listen to complaint after complaint all day long. Hence her expression.
Random: Chords are crazy fun. Not only in music, but in drawing as well. (my childhood self went a bit overboard with the loops.)
