This is the guardian of water in her i guess 'formal' form.
i based this character off of my friend chelsea... actually she forced me to but yeah you get the point.
im kinda happy with the way it turned out... oh and that thing under her mouth isnt a gotee... originally it was a marking to show the chin... then people started calling it a gotee... so i colored it in blue... so its a jewel
