Goodness, I adore this traditional-looking art style! But you did this with Photoshop! Did you draw the lineart with ballpoint pen and then edit it with some picture-editing software?

I adore the round transparent background! I should try that sometime too! I did not play Silent Hill 4 (they got to 4 already?!), but with this picture, it sure looks creepy.

i actually did it all in sai, the lines were used with a brush that has a "spread" shape/texture :0
and for the traditional look, i used a paper texture aaa
