I got the idea from sonic generations. I know cici isn't a sonic character but she looks like one doesn't she?

I did - she seems wearing a diaper and sleeveless T-Shirt.

actually you can't tell its sleeveless since baby cici is tied up because her arms or should I say paws are behind her body while she's tied up

She does. I see her resemblance to Blaze the cat, Amy Rose and Tails.

because cici blaze and tails are animals and they both look athletic and skinny?
