This took so long to do,lineless art is so hard!
Anyway, I hope you like my design for Rouge's new outfit. I thought she would look really pretty with long, casual hair. Also, I wanted her body to have more freedom so I gave her a tank top and a pair of leggings instead of a tight bodysuit. If you're wondering about the pink thing on her boot, it's supposed to be half of a heart.

Yeah, lineless art is hard but once you get used to it, it'll be much easier
