This is my character, Evelyn. I wanted to get something finished of her because, well, I havn't really posted any of my "bad guy" characters yet.
She's not a really bad person but more so revenge driven and sad. And therefor plays the "main bad guy" role.
Anyhoo, I'll color this some time before the end of time. I promise.

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMKeep practicing on proportions and construction. The shoulders are a reasonable distance in width, but the shape of the head is awkward, and the eyes are a little far apart. Narrow the head a little bit, I say this because looking at her now gives me the impression of a male's build, but the clothing says otherwise. Good luck on future drawings of your character.
