this is a contest entry for jackie4ever's contest. its sailor moon! woot! all in all i think i used about 7 hours on this, and yeah i went a lil bit overbord with the sparkles ^^

i used : derwent pencils, outliner pen, photoshop, paint, and a pencil.

um no offense but this sucks. the hair doesnt abide the law of gravity and the lighting is terrible!And her eyes are blue not purple! god.

oh. well, anime peoples hair dont have to "abide the law of gravity" it just sorta flows freely, and i guess thats your oppinion. i no her eyes arent purple, its just the way they turned out, and id appreciate it if you wouldnt only point out the bad stuff please...
