This is "Meatball the asassain tabby" She is based of the cat at work in Sonic syle. The idea of her being an assassin from Diablo II. She was an Itallian mobster thus her name.

She and the black sheep are bitter enemies. She tried to kill Krackle at one time because he was her student, Krackle saved her life and niavely believes they can be friends now, Meatball thinks: foolish kid don't you understand the only reason I'm not trying to kill you is that I owe you one for now... Once I repay this debt your life is mine to hunt....!
Her katars are family heirlooms used by centuries by her ancestors. It is a great honor and traditon to receive the katars.
