This was a sketch I did during an art class when I was supposed to draw something else in pen.  I felt it was a good warm up.   Of course scanning and shrinking it caused serious damage to the quality but I like the instant gratification of it (apparently sumbissions are being taken slower now, quality control is a good thing anyways).

For awhile I'm going to putting up some old pictures, it's the end of the semester and I'm busy, not having much time for art.  I will definately put up anything new if I get around to it.

JadisI like this drawing, I like the technique you use it's sort of like pointillism only with pen. scanning ruins lots of things, I bet it looks much better in person, what kind of pen did you use in art class?

On that quality control thing, I"m told it only check the first version you submit, so you can get by it and post larger scans by shrinking them small, submitting the shrunk image and the swop it out for a larger version right away so people can see all the details. not that I bother myself, I just shrink it small and forget it. I hate things getting stuck in quality control just cause I forgot to shrink it. when that happens I delete the stuck submission and resubmit.
I do thinks its good they quality check on larger images, because that keeps lazy people like mean form leaving things unnecessarily huge if we want it seen right away.

JadisI like also how you used size variations and such on the brickwork it makes it look more natural.
