Apathy Trio (Redux)

It's been awhile since I've been on here.  I've taken a Life Drawing course, and found out I suck at drawing, well I got a C, but damn everyone else was amazing, I expected worse. But enough about me.

It's been 6 Years since I started Endless Reflection.  I thought it would be good to make the whole series look unified before continuing to my offshoot ER: Broken Mirror.  So I've been reworking the first book.  These are just notes on Sylis' guns.  The original Unnamed Set: Nameless, No Name and Chain as well as the Apathy Trio, from book two: Heartless, No Soul and Chain.  The originals were supposed to be 9mm, but the new rendition has changed them into .45s.  I'll be putting up a bit more content today, just other notes on the series rewrite.

TeeJay87Nice set of pistols, they look developed from Colt M1911 and Desert Eagle.

truegamerThank you, yes they are based on on those guns, the actual reference I used for this was a Powerline 340 by Daisy. The design changes between the 5 guns is based on my original guns. My intent was to have the guns represent .45s better as opposed to the original models (that were drawn without reference) that I arbitrarily claimed were 9mms.

Jadisit's been a very long while since I have been on here even if I look at stuff I usually don't bother to log in to comment lately.
guns are very artistically interesting objects, but I don't draw them very much. these look good so far,

truegamerThanks for the comment.  Yeah they are vastly improve from the old versions though.  These were some of my first referenced gun drawings.
You ever going to draw Sylis in a coffee shop?  I remember you saying you'd like to try that sometime.  I don't know if it still interests you, but I thought I'd ask.

JadisI still love Sylis and still want to draw him. be that as it may, I can't predict the future. I am over invested in too many things, my life gets all crazy busy sometimes and I have no time for art for months at a time, and when I have time I have to choose between art and writing. right now I'm in the middle of a huge writing project, a huge house improvement project and a few festivals I am helping organize, etc so I am totally not doing any visual art these past few months. It might be another few before I get back to drawing. but I will get back to it. and I will probably draw Sylis because he is still appealing even though I am not in the mood for drawing now. Thanks for asking.

truegamerThanks for the prompt reply. It is good to keep busy. Writting is another great hobby. I understand the issue with being divided between so many things. And thanks for the interest in the character.
