It doesn't suck. Its actually pretty good. Its not that much out of proportion. Her right (our left) hand seems a little to big. It wouldn't been noticiable if you did her left the same. It could be part of your style! Anyways, I like her outfit. Its really cute. The only thing I would do is add some shading to it. It would bring it to life! Hehe, keep up the great work.
