His name is Prince Diamond and he's the "head" of the Black Moon family who live on Nemesis in the 30th century, called "Silver Millenium". He's in love with Neo-Queen Serenity, Sailor Moon's "self" in future. But as he knows that he cannot have her, he kidnapps/elopps with when she, Tuxedo Mask, the Sailor Senshi and Chibi-Usa/Rini arrive the future of "Crystal Tokio". Diamond wants to possess Serenity/Sailor Moon (as he says), but Tuxedo Mask/Mamoru can rescue her. It's lovely episode I love watching.By the way, you drew him very well, good job!
