Your shading is fairly good here; yu seem to do the ebst when it comes to hair.Hmm. THis isn't an easy pose, so you did well. ^^ I suck at fists. XD
Question: Is she a child, teen, what? If she's a child, then it looks perfect; but if she's older, you need to lengthen the outstretched arm, and perhaps the leg--I'm guessing about the leg, dunno--just a bit to make her a little more porportioned.
You draw people so much better then I can. XD Lol.
