Another way to resize pics is go into paint, then image then Skew/crop or something.

i love the hair, colors , outfit and expression

then maybe if you scanned it already edit the pic on your scanning editing program if it's already there and change one file word add a word^^ click on the pic and press edit

do you know how to crop go to crop bring the paper in closer tro the pic on the computer or scanning ediing program you use press aplly untill leftover paper is gone

then go to resise^^ and do what i said above^^

proprtions and pixels the same^^

did you scan it? you need to scan them again

and edit crop the paper with the scnning program

then go to resise and click cotom sise and use the arrrows

to go down to proper hight^^

and make sure keep proportions the same on^^
