Yeh you did an ok job, but I have definetly seen this as a cg on the internet too.. Not trying to be mean or flame or anything, but... you can always copy pictures you like to practice or just draw on your own and credit the artist, but never actually claim them as your own work PLEASE.. think of the original artist...

Thats so prettyfuls!! and i totally agree with whoever said that the folds were cool!! I really love the expression on her face and the emotion in the pic. Its great!! maybe you should colour it?
also, I have seen this pic of the internet before, like a proper coloured version thing it was like professional. did you use it for reference?

Oh wow. She is so pretty! And that dress is amazing. You have those folds and pleats drawn perfectly. I find it so hard to draw clothing sometimes. That is a wicked amount of detail you have put into this drawing. Looks awesome! ^_^
