4chan.org will solve it all. i go to this site to look for positions and boy do they have alot ;) just click proceed on the homepage, it should be on the leftside bar menu :)
as for starting off, i'd practice drawing positions, then gradually move on to harder, more complicated things like (cough) penis' and vaginas XD
