I'm 25 years old, working for a publishing company as an in-house illustrator, mostly dealing with non-fiction/educational books. I live in NE England with my husband and four cats. If there's one thing FAC has taught me, its that cats are better than children.

I also like: Firefly, World of Warcraft, X-Men/X-verse, Robin Hobb/Meghan Lindholme, William Gibson, etc etc. Am an unapologetic geek who periodically fails to use pronouns. I adore wordplay, etymology, idioms and phraseology - the best way to delight me is to tell me an awesome-sounding obscure word.

Purple is my favourite colour and tomatoes are my least favorite food. INTERESTINNNNG.

Am crap at small talk. Best not to bother trying really.

Music- stuff that goes bleep tsch-tsch RAWR: Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Ministry, Sunna, Skinny Puppy etc. May possibly be a closet goth, oh noes. Wait, I like Faith No More, Louis XIV, Chris Cornell/Soundgarden, VAST, Spacehog and Wildhearts too. Phew, that was a close one.


FYI-
I might be open to requests for original characters - as long as they have an interesting design. However, I'm not interested in drawing you a character from a fandom I know nothing about (and therefore don't care about). This includes 99.9% of anime/manga by the way. Sorry.
