COPYRIGHT

Purchased work is for your own personal viewing. You may not sell or distribute work that I create. Reproduction is allowed only if prints are made for your personal viewing. Artwork is allowed to be posted online, as long as you give me, the original artist, credit for it. This includes my name(EmeraldGuardian) and copyright information. Because the artwork is copyrighted to myself, I may use it for my own uses. Original characters will remain copyrighted to their respectful owners and be fully credited. Commissions will not be resold unless it is in the form of a print, which will remain copyrighted to the owner of the piece(if the work contains an unofficial character).

PAYMENT

50% downpayment is required before development of your commission. I will not start work until this payment has cleared. Payment will be made only through Paypal. Payments can be made through Winnerstriper3@netscape.net.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Digital art commissions are done fully digitally, no sketches or prints. Completed artwork will be emailed to you as a high resolution version of the finished artwork. JPEG and PNG files may be requested.

SUBJECT MATTER

I work mostly with basic designed video game and anime characters. This includes Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario, chibi style anime, and the like. Realism, backgrounds and full body shots of traditional anime is something I have not yet had much experience in, so until my work improves, please keep your requests to a reasonable level. Head to shoulders style anime shots are an exception to this.

I do draw hentai, but only to a certain extent. I do not draw vore, gore, or anything I find too obscure for my taste. I reserve the right to refuse a request if I find it ditasteful or out of my range of abilities.

Cel shaded (digitally colored): $20 / £12 / ￥2,361

CG shaded(this includes SA Sonic work): $35 / £20 / ￥4,132
