Computer animations, How 2
First you need a computer.
Then you nead an animation program GIF animater, you can find this for free on the internet. or you can use Windows Movie maker, For movie maker you have to keep all the files that make the movie in the same place they were saved to or else it'll go nuts,Next you need to draw frame by frame, eaach frame slightly diferent, I use a playing speed of 1/10 per frame,

hope this helps, its kinda tricky at first but soner or later it gets easyer
