The pencils that i use are called prismacolors, they have both markers and colorpencils, they're a little expensive but they're very vibrant and last a long time.

um, you faved my pic "xvi" becuase ya said ya liked the character but the credit for the character goes to my cousin James, I'm just re-drawing them in my style and altering there outfits from time to time.

They're edits of Card Fighters Clash sprites that can be found at this site http://www.gsarchives.net/index2.php under the Neo Geo Pocket catagory. I just copy and paste to MS-Paint and then edit color and details and such ^^. Just remeber that you can't post spirite edits on the main site if you do decide to try it out. That reminds me I've been meaning to make myself a new one.... >.>
