Hello everyone!
- I DO NOT DO REQUESTS, BUT I DO ARTTRADES -
I love drawing and sewing ^^

Obviously, I love jrock,
I love lots of music, especially metal especially metal, hard rock and old-school VK. International music is awesome! My favourite band is X Japan. While I can boast music from 33+ countries is my collection, I listen mostly to music from Japan, France, Germany, Russia, and the Czech Republic.
I also like swing-ish music from WW1-WW2.

My birthday is September 5 *hinthint* which is also the same b-day as Louis XIV -isn't that just too cool?! ^.^ And then the next day is Lafayette's birthday! He is my hero!
So is Voltaire (the philosopher, not the singer. As is Alexander Hamilton.
In fact, I'm going to start college at Hamilton College in NY next year. Wish me luck!

Sewing is one of my biggest loves. I love to make vintage clothing and lolita as well as clothing of my own design.
I also adore reading, mostly history books (Although I'm a sucker for Michael Arlen novels from the '20's and I do like classic literature) about 17-18th century France or the World Wars, but really most kinds of history interest me from Ancient Japan to Byzantium to Weimar to the Cold War.
I also love the early 20th century and late 19th...especially the Art Nouveau (Alphonse Mucha!) and Art Deco styles (omg, Erté!!!). And fashion from the 20's-early 40's. Good stuff. I also like 70's fashion...the kind with big lapels/collars and billowy scarves. I love scarves!!! hee hee. Okay, i just like all historical fashion.
And the musical Le Roi Soleil is love.

I have a thing for foreign languages ( as evidenced by my musical tastes) and I'm going to major in French and minor in Japanese. Next year will be my 6th year of French, so I know it quite well. I'm also learning Russian and German and hope to learn Khmer and loads more in the future.

I've been on FAC since the 8th grade (now I'm in 13th) and my skills have improved just as much as my taste. I'm no longer really interested in anime. I can't even remember the last time I watched any. I still love some manga though, particularly ones with historical themes *duh* and old school series. I love Eroica yori ai wo komete, Bronze no Tenshi, and uh...yeah. Probably a few others.

In other news:
OMG STRESS.
I thought that I got that campus job at the library and my meeting today was just to inform me of the duties of the position. Turns out I have two other people to compete with for the job; but I didn't know that until after. I don't usually come off as extroverted, so if I had known...
I mean, I'm great at working with people, but I often look quiet. AAAAAAAARUGH. I NEEED that job.
I do have a job doing theatre tech every so often though. I'm nervous as hell because I don't want to screw up. I have no experience except in costuming. *eep!*

My it's been a while...I need to get your request done ^^; Gosh, been so busy. Can you send me the link again to the picture of the character you want me to draw? Was wondering, after I get it done (which I will, promise, just finished my art so I'm free) whether or not you'd draw Natsumi from Seijaku Kage as well (the vocalist) in another art-trade, which I'll get done quicker. ^-^ Hope to hear from you soon, oh and can you reply on my user page please, don't get on FAC much anymore...

Kerushi,

I drew your part of the artrade awhile ago, but everytime I scan it, it comes up as huge on FAC, so I have to ask my father how to size it down. Please forgive me for such a long absence. I have HSPA this week, so I don't expect I'll get much homework and even if I do I'll do my best to post the picture sometime this week. I must say, it came out pretty good.

llo!Please don't apologize, I haven't yet finished your part. Ihave a lot of scholarships and school volunteer hour (gosh, it's like we'reprisoners doing labour time!) sheets to fill out by the dozens. I also have tofinish 12 art projects for my art show in the spring and finish my dresses forProm and for the IB Senior Banquet. Thisweek we have CSAP (similar to your situation I assume?) but the Juniors andSeniors don't have to take it, so I might have some free time at school tofinish your picture. I feel really bad about the whole thing, so I will try tomake it really good to make up for the time it has taken!

Hiya! I'd like to start on yours pretty soon too, so as soon as you get an idea it'd be cool to let me know. Um as for my part:

Well.....I have three ideas, you can pick whatever you like. Whatever you like, it's totally up to you.

My first idea: Takashi kissing me~~~<3333 ::Squee:: Maybe having Takashi's head in my lap kissing me up or having his forehead pressed against mine. Remember that Takashi is now 18 and I'm 16, so I'm considerably shorter. You know what Takashi looks like and acts like (total bad a** ::Dies laughing) and I'm sort of (quiet, suprised) I really like suprise kisses, so whatever floats your boat. I trust you in outfits. Your an expert, I sware.

My second idea: This one is considerably the hardest of the three. This one includes ALL my characters and I feel rather mean making you do all that, but if your up to it, here's the idea. Me sitting at a desk, like a drawing desk. It's supposed to be a picture for like..my..avatar, I guess. Me sitting at a drawing desk and each of my characters hovering at the desk. Maybe Leon over my shoulders pointing, me looking annoyed, Takashi grabbing Leon's hand off my shoulder (Taka is overprotective!)um Mosh...sort of kneeling on the ground begging for me to feed him (xD wtf?) and Kiara standing on her toes trying to look over the board at the painting. (Again, this one is a lot to ask for)

Third idea: Just one of Kiara and I. Kiara's like my alter ego thing...so..yeah. She's 12 and sort of a tomboy, and I'm sort of more quiet and Kiara's not. I don't know if that helps.

Hey it's Kiyara! I'm pleased to report that my part of the artrade is up. I apologize for the wicked lateness and the days upon days of waiting. I adoreded you're picture for me! My parents loved it and the two copies (one wallet size and the other regular size) I have (one up on my bedroom wall and one in my wallet.) I loved the way you drew Leon and Takashi! *_____* Ta..ka...shiii....<3~!

Anyway! I tried rather hard on my part, but I'm not happy with it at times. It doesn't look anything like the charcters I had looked up on teh internet. It was a hard manga to draw. Um! Anyway it was done a long time ago, what seems like a month ago, and in between then my dad bought this HP scanner, which was confusing and too high tech for my understanding. I had asked him, day upon days to show me how and he never did. He's away at a job somewhere so my little brother showed me tonight and I hope you're not appauled by the looks of it.

I only happen to like the clothes I put the fella Eroica, I think that's his name, in. Now that I know how to work the scanner, if school lets me be, I'll be glad to make up for the lateness. You can ask me to draw something else in awhile just for the sake of it, but right now I'm rather swaped. School, Soccer, I applied for a job somewhere and it looks like I'll get it, Chores, and the overall pressure of being a junior. Ya' know? It's tiresome and I haven't been up to par with my schoolwork so I'd like to get settled into the lifestyle again before drawings appear. Heck, if it seems like you have a good idea and don't have time to draw it, I will. I'm a people pleaser after all =^0^=.

Again, sorry for the extreme lateness.

>.o; Mine was okay, it could have been better, but--hey---nothing I can do about that. My friends seemed to froget my sixteenth birthday unless I reminded them and I don't know if you get like this, but...I rather like people remembering instead of me having to remind them. I haven't decided what to do with my friends yet, I believe my mother said something about a sort of--well--actually I don't know what she said. Um. I got good--real good--stuff. Book Giftcards, books, art supplies, money (got to save up for that Mustang I want. Vroom~.) and I got my very own laptop. Which, disappointingly is not connected to anything except the internet.

Anyway~!

My part of the artrade is comin' Kerushi~ >.<; I apologize for the lateness. My daddy got a new scanner and has yet to figure out how to get the picture up on the computer. The first three days of school started on your birthday and I've been rather caught up in that and soccer practices after school. (That seem to drag on forever...but are really only 3-5). Plus the parents need the dishes done and the dogs fed, which happen to be my chores (though no other kid in this house has chores. ugh.) And I think I already screwed up one class. =o=; Starting tomrrow I have to start listening fully and not spacing out like always. I remind myself of Osaka in Azu Manga Dahio. BLAH. xD I <3 her. Um. Yeah, but it's coming. I'm trying >o<;

Rhem. How were you first few days of school?

Mine were alright. The teacher find a reason to load homework on us and the girls I've seen say 'oh. Cassie is turning into a girl. She's wearing make-up.' And that's just not something that makes you feel to hot when you hear it 'cause you asking yourself 'what did I look like before?'. I already don't like being a juinior, finding myself almost incapable to finish the spanish homework this evening. Yup. But...I did go get the application for my drivers permit the other day and so..I guess thats great. I still don't like growing up though.

Ah. This is a very long comment! I'm sorry. Just wanted to tell you I have not frogtten about the artrade. As for your part, I love it, a copy of it is on my bedroom wall underneath my Japan Map and next to a picture I drew. I also made a smaller size of it..and put it in my wallet...because I want other people to see what someone drew for me. My momma and dad think it's fantastic, when I showed them. >3> We had japanese food that night..and before we went I went around showing my siblings and etc.

I hate it when things get denied! It's like, how hard is it for the approval person to just change the category for you so you don't have to type up everything again?! X(
At least I'm on auto-approval for most categories, since I've been on here for 5 years now...
