yeah, I've beat the game...but some of the characters have alternate endings.. Like Asellus has 3. Emily 2. and a few others I forgot.

Yeah, I remember beating Asellus's quest and getting the half-human/half-mystic ending. I didn't know Emelia had more than one though.

yes, at the end...when you beat the final boss you get a special stage...when you talk to Virgil. She (I think its a she) has a status sheet. and you can tell how many alternate endings there are and how many you have accomplished.

of course you could just look up how they end on the internet if your too like me and too lazy to try and beat the entire thing again.
